A collaborative piece between three best friends. The canvas was divided with diagonal strips, we each got a chance to add our own creativity to this wonderfully fun painting!

This was a sketch I created, with interweaving lines, circles, and shading. I did not intend for it to look like anything specific; but in the end my friends all said it looked like a mechanical wolf stretching, I like to think that as well.

I am a super recycler, I care deeply about our Planet, and can’t stand how much waste we produce. This piece is a portrayal of how the Earth feels, reaching out in hopes to escape the suffocation Mankind causes. This is a miniature for of what I want to make in the future. Seems silly to me and my family, that we go buy paper to hand out every year…for several different holidays. This is our alternative! My daughter and I started creating gifts with materials we already had! Here are some Valentine’s we created with cardboard, paint, and some letter stickers we had in the craft drawer. This piece was originally created in college, we had to use the word Inspire with some other form that inspires us. Right before college I had a personal run-in with death. With the help of medical professionals and advancements in technology, I was able to fight my way back to a normal life. The whole experience was awakening and Inspired me, so here I wanted to portray the complex inner workings of the body, having each part bleed and form with the letter.

Created with freedom and fun in mind. Letting my existence escape from my fingers and down through a sharp black pen; releasing the colors I felt within through the paintbrush onto the paper.
